1934 Singer Featherweight 221 painted Turquoise Blue with Silver Decals
This lovely Featherweight is one of 10,000 Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machines authorized for production on September 10, 1934, only the second year of production for the Singer 221.  She has all of the exquisite features of the earliest Featherweights including a type I scroll faceplate, unnumbered tension dial, chrome stitch length indicator and chrome rimmed hand wheel; and last but not least, the coveted chrome "School Bell" bobbin winder tension assembly.  Additionally, she has been treated to a gorgeous professional custom painted finish in Turquoise Blue with Silver Decals.  Along with this lovely new finish, this Featherweight has been completely restored to like new condition with all vintage original parts as well as a fresh felt oil drip pad, new bed cushions and a new LED light bulb.  She's one of a kind and sure to please for years to come!

This Featherweight will come with the original presser foot, original Simanco 45750 bobbin case, 3 bobbins and the original owner's manual.
