English Paper Piecing Class

In this class we will learn the basics of English Paper Piecing and learn how to make the Cactus Flower table topper.  This class will cover thread basting, glue basting, 3 different stitch options, fussy cutting, needle and thread options. and more!

Each attendee will need to purchase the paper templates bundle (available at JK Quilts for $15.99) and provide their own fabric.  Feel free to go through your scraps or stash and bring them along or pick out fabric and fat quarters from the shop as you go. 

You will need to bring a needle that you can thread and feels comfortable in your hand and thread as well as scissors.  If you don't already have a thread or needle preference you are welcome to wait until we talk about threads and needles in class.

English paper piecing is done by hand, so please be prepared for that.

*All classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling if the need arises.  If a class has to be cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new class your class fee will be refunded to your shop account.
