Giveaway Rules

Eligibility: The $28k Cuddle® Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Shannon Fabrics and participating retail quilt stores, as well as their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on August 1st, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 31st, 2024 ("Entry Period").

How to Enter: To enter, fill out the entry form provided by your favorite Cuddle® Center. Limit one entry per person per participating Cuddle® Center partner. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Prize Details: Mega Cuddle® Center Partner Stores: Fifty (50) winners will be selected, each receiving a portion of the total prize pool of over $28,000 USD worth of Cuddle® fabrics.

Super Cuddle® Center Partner Stores: Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected, each receiving a portion of the total prize pool of over $28,000 USD worth of Cuddle® fabrics.

Cuddle® Center Partner Stores: Fifteen (15) winners will be selected, each receiving a portion of the total prize pool of over $28,000 USD worth of Cuddle® fabrics.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in random drawings, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period for each Cuddle Center retailer. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days following the end of the Entry Period by our Cuddle Center partners. Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) business days to claim the prize.

General Conditions: Shannon Fabrics reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Shannon Fabrics, which are final and binding.
